Operation/Application Information

  • Permitted operating temperature range: 680–850℃
  • Compatible fuel types: hydrogen, syngas, methane (dry/wet), methanol, and other fuel gases
  • Used as a supporting substrate for electrode printing, full-cell production, and other applications, it meets the requirements of multiple machining and sintering processes for surface coatings

Packaging and Storage

  • The electrolyte substrates are individually packaged in single units, with 12 units per box. Different packaging methods will be used depending on transportation conditions
  • Customization available in various specifications; minimum order quantity: 50 pieces
  • Store in the original packaging at room temperature and relative humidity of 40–60%. Absolutely avoid exposure to vibrating environments

Precautions

  • The electrolyte substrate is a brittle ceramic product; please handle it carefully during removal to avoid damage caused by improper handling
